EIC CR 25 is a screen printable thermoplastic carbon ink for low temperature applications. When fully cured the ink has good adhesion to a wide range of substrates including polyester, polycarbonate, ceramic, and glass with good line definition. This paste is excellent for working electrode applications offering good reversibility when using cyclic voltammetry and low CV %.

Screen Printing – Semi automatic or rotary

Screen Type – Polyester or stainless steel meshes 156-230 tpi.

Curing – Cure in a fan circulated box oven or conveyor 30 minutes at 80C or 15 minutes at 130C.

Storage – Store in a dry location at 5-25C. Allow ink to come to room temperature before printing. Do not refrigerate. Shelf Life – 6 months if sealed and stored correctly.

Handling – Stir well before use. For safe handling and disposal please consult the material safety data sheet (MSDS). For industrial use by trained personnel only. Use in a well ventilated area and avoid contact with skin. Keep container closed when not in use to prevent solvent evaporation.
