EIC CR 05

EIC CR 05 is a screen-printable thermoplastic carbon paste for low temperature applications. When fully cured the ink has good adhesion to a wide range of substrates including polyester, polycarbonate and glass as well as excellent electrochemical performance.

Applications: Batteries, Resistive Heaters, Busbars Conductive Tracks and Working Electrodes

Solids Content - 38-42%

Viscosity - 7.0-9.0 Pas

Resistivity - <5 Ω/□ @ 25um

Curing - 80-130°C

EIC CR 06

EIC CR 06 is a faster drying version of EIC CR 05

Applications: Batteries, Resistive Heaters, Busbars Conductive Tracks and Working Electrodes

Solids Content - 38-42%

Viscosity - 6.0-8.0 Pas

Resistivity - <5 Ω/□ @ 25um

Curing - 80-130°C

EIC CR 10

EIC CR 10 is a screen-printable thermoplastic Prussian blue mediated carbon paste for low temperature applications. When fully cured the ink has good adhesion to a wide range of substrates including polyester, polycarbonate and ceramic as well as excellent electrochemical performance with good reversibility and low CV %

Applications: Working Electrode

Solids Content - 38-42%

Viscosity - 7.0-10.0 Pas

Resistivity - <10 Ω/□ @ 25um

Curing - 80-130°C

EIC CX 50

EIC CX 50 is a screen-printable thermoset graphene ink for low temperature applications. When fully cured the ink has excellent chemical and environmental resistance with good adhesion to a wide range of substrates.

Solids Content - 50%

Viscosity - 7.0-8.0 Pas

Resistivity - <75 Ω/□ @ 25um

Curing - 130-150°C

EIC CR 03

EIC CR 03 is a high conductivity screen-printable thermoplastic paste used in a variety of applications. When fully cured the ink has good adhesion to a wide range of substrates including polyester, polycarbonate and glass.

Applications: Batteries, Resistive Heaters, Busbars and Conductive Tracks 

Solids Content - 38-42%

Viscosity - 7.0-9.0 Pas

Resistivity - <3 Ω/□ @ 25um

Curing - 100-140°C

EIC Ag 04

EIC Ag 10 is a high flexibility screen-printable thermoplastic silver paste for low temperature applications. When fully cured the ink has good adhesion to a wide range of substrates including polyester, polycarbonate and glass.

 

Applications: Conductive Tracks & Counter Electrode 

Solids Content - 50%
Viscosity - 0.5-3.0 Pas
Resistivity - 15 mΩ/□ @ 25um
Curing - 80-130°C

EIC Ag 10

EIC Ag 10 is a screen-printable thermoplastic silver paste for low temperature applications. When fully cured the ink has good adhesion to a wide range of substrates including polyester, polycarbonate and glass.

 

Applications: Conductive Tracks & Counter Electrode

Resistivity - 20 mΩ/□ @ 25um
Curing - 80-130°C

EIC Ag 20

EIC Ag 10 is a screen-printable silver paste for low temperature applications. When fully cured the ink has good adhesion to a wide range of substrates including polyester, polycarbonate and glass.

 

Applications: Conductive Tracks & Counter Electrode

Viscosity - 7.0-9.0 Pas

Resistivity - <20 mΩ/□ @ 25um

EIC Ag 03

EIC Ag 03 is a flexible  thermoset silver paste for low temperature applications. When fully cured the ink has excellent adhesion to a variety of substrate and exceptional chemical and environmental resistance.

Viscosity - 4.0-8.0 Pas

Resistivity - <100 mΩ/□ @ 25um

Curing - 140-150°C

EIC 6040

60:40 Ag/AgCl ratio screen printable paste with exceptional reference electrode properties. Wide variety of substrate compatibility.

Applications: Reference Electrode.

EIC 8020

80:20 Ag/AgCl ratio screen printable paste with excellent reference electrode properties. Wide variety of substrate compatibility.

50:50 Ag/AgCl ratio screen printable paste with excellent electrochemical performance . Wide variety of substrate compatibility.

EIC Au 100

EIC Au 10 is a screen-printable thermoplastic gold ink for low temperature applications. It has excellent electrochemical performance. When fully cured the ink has good adhesion to a wide range of substrates including polyester, polycarbonate and ceramic.

Viscosity - 10.0-16.0 Pas

Resistivity - 100 mΩ/□

@ 25um

Curing - 80-130°C

EIC Pt 400

EIC Pt 400 is a screen-printable thermoset platinum ink for low temperature applications. It has excellent electrochemical performance. When fully cured the ink has good adhesion to a wide range of substrates including polyester, polycarbonate and ceramic.

Applications: Working Electrode

Solids Content - 85%

Viscosity - 8.0-12.0 Pas

Resistivity - <400 mΩ/□ @ 25um

Curing - 130-150°C

EIC IN 02

EIC IN 02 is screen insulator paste specifically formulated for defining electrode areas on PET, PVC, polycarbonate and ceramic substrates. This paste provides excellent flexibility.

Application: Overprint, Insulator

Solids Content - 48-52%

Viscosity - 9.0-14.0 Pas

Curing - 80-130°C

EIC IN 03

EIC IN 03 is screen insulator paste with excellent resistance most solvents. Compatible with PET, PVC, polycarbonate and ceramic substrates.

Application: Overprint during immersion applications / defining electrode area.

Solids Content - 44-46%
Viscosity - 6.0-8.0 Pas
Curing - 80-130°C
